MBCOM – Musim lalu, Persib menjadi tim paling efektif. Filosofi sepakbola Hodak berbanding terbalik dengan pelatih sebelumnya, Luis Milla. Di era Hodak, Persib bukan tim yang hobi memainkan bola cukup lama. Hal itu terbukti melalui statistik tim secara keseluruhan dalam satu musim kompetisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presentase penguasaan bola Persib, malah berada di peringkat ke-8, sangat jauh dengan Dewa United yang berada di posisi pertama dengan presentase 61,32%. Tapi filosofi Hodak terbukti dapat membawa Persib juara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bukti jika permainan Persib efektif, jumlah operan Persib tak sebanyak Dewa United, tapi presentase kesuksesan passingnya ada di atas Dewa United.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ada pelatih yang menyatakan, semakin banyak menguasai bola, kemungkinan akan semakin banyak melakukan kesalahan. Hodak sepetinya paham hal ini, sehingga melakukan counter dengan cepat menjadi senjata Persib. Bermain progresif dengan secepatnya mengalirkan bola ke depan menjadi ciri khas Persib musim lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Memiliki para pemain cepat di depan, ditunjang beberapa pemain tengah yang visioner dan tak lama menguasai bola, Persib jarang sekali kehilangan momentum untuk cepat melakukan serangan saat lawan sedang melakukan transisi ke posisi bertahan. Bahkan tak jarang para pemain belakang mampu melakukan direct ball ke depan dengan akurat setelah berhasil merebut bola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Itulah mengapa musim lalu tak terlihat adanya pemain yg menonjol sendirian. Persib bermain kolektif, bukan lagi perpaduan antar pemain, tapi antar grup atau unit secara tim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
