MBCOM – Persib Bandung berhasil meraih kemenangan atas tamunya Persis Solo dengan skor 2-0 pada pertandingan pekan ke 10 Super League 2025\/26 di Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) Kota Bandung, Senin, 27 Oktober 2025 malam. Gol dicetak Luciano Guaycochea di menit ke 12 dan Uilliam Barros di menit ke 49.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam pertandingan tersebut, Hodak melakukan sejumlah rotasi pada susunan pemain yang meladeni Persis Solo semalam. Itu dilakukannya karena jadwal padat mengintai Maung Bandung. Agar kondisi fisik permain tetap terjaga baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Kita tahu jadwal tim sangat padat. Artinya kita tahu harus bisa menjaga kondisi, salah satunya dengan melakukan rotasi untuk bisa menjaga performa tim,” ujar pelatih asal Kroasia ini dalam sesi konferensi pers usai laga, Senin, 27 Oktober 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kondisi yang tak terduga terjadi saat Luciano Guaycochea mendapatkan kartu merah sehingga harus mandi lebih cepat setelah hasil review VAR dirinya dinyatakan. melakukan pelanggaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hodak pun memutar otak dan melakukan perubahan taktikal permainan di tengah laga. Salah satu yang dilakukannya ialah menarik keluar Saddil Ramdani yang digantikan oleh Adam Alis. Hodak tak memungkiri bahwa penampilan Saddil dinilainya sangat baik dalam melakukan penyerangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Tentunya akan ada pemain yang kecewa dalam situasi seperti ini. Termasuk Saddil Ramdani, saya tahu. Tapi, ini taktik yang saya buat. Saddil bagus, dia banyak melakukan serangan,” ujar Hodak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hodak menjelaskan mengapa dirinya memilih Adam Alis untuk menggantikan Saddil Ramdani, ini merupakan murni kebutuhan taktikal untuk menambal lini tengah sepeninggalan Luciano yang terkena kartu merah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Tetapi saya masukkan Adam Alis untuk bisa menutup di tengah (akibat kartu merah Lucho) dan Beckham saya pindahkan ke winger. Jadi, ini murni taktik yang saya buat,” jelasnya.****<\/p>\n
