MBCOM – Kemenangan Persib Bandung atas Selangor FC di Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) pada 23 Oktober 2025 yang lalu ternyata berujung pil pahit. Maung Bandung menerima beberapa sanksi dari Konfederasi Sepakbola Asia atau AFC, kesemua sanksi tersebut berbentuk denda yang wajib dibayarkan Persib kepada AFC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AFC menjatuhkan beberapa sanksi yang akhirnya berujung denda pada pertandingan tersebut, berikut insiden selama pertandingan yang menyebabkan Persib dijatuhi sanksi AFC :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pelanggaran 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Sejumlah suporter Persib<\/a> Bandung diketahui: Menyalakan sedikitnya enam (6) perangkat piroteknik seperti kembang api.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Melempar setidaknya tiga puluh tiga (33) benda seperti kursi stadion, sepatu, dan serpihan lainnya.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Membentangkan satu (1) spanduk berisi pesan politik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Memanjat, duduk, dan bergantung pada pembatas antarbagian stadion selama pertandingan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pelanggaran 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Sebagai tuan rumah, Persib<\/a> Bandung dinilai gagal memenuhi kewajiban untuk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Mematuhi serta menerapkan aturan keselamatan yang berlaku dan mengambil langkah pencegahan keamanan sebelum dan selama pertandingan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Menjaga ketertiban dan keamanan di dalam dan sekitar stadion, sehingga terjadi kembali tindakan suporter berupa penggunaan kembang api, pelemparan benda, pemasangan spanduk politik, serta aksi memanjat pembatas stadion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pelanggaran 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Persib\u00a0Bandung juga dianggap gagal memastikan seluruh kursi dan baris di stadion memiliki nomor, sebagaimana diwajibkan dalam regulasi AFC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanksi dan Denda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\u00a0Persib\u00a0Bandung dijatuhi denda sebesar USD 25.000 dan diwajibkan memainkan satu pertandingan dengan penutupan sebagian stadion (25% area tribun) karena melanggar Pasal 65.1 dan 64.1 Kode Disiplin dan Etika\u00a0Persib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Sanksi ini berlaku pada laga kandang\u00a0Persib\u00a0berikutnya di wilayah Indonesia dalam kompetisi klub\u00a0AFC<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Klub juga dikenai denda tambahan sebesar USD 1.250 atas pelanggaran Pasal 39.2 dan 39.3 Regulasi Stadion AFC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Total denda sebesar USD 26.250 jika dikonversi ke rupiah (dengan kurs tanggal 28 November 2025 per 1 USD = Rp 16.675) menjadi sekitar Rp 437.700.000,- harus dilunasi dalam waktu 30 hari sejak keputusan dikeluarkan, sesuai Pasal 11.3 Kode Disiplin dan Etika\u00a0AFC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Meski ada penutupan sebagian tribun, alokasi tiket untuk tim tamu dan area suporter tamu tidak akan terpengaruh, mengikuti Pasal 18.1.2 Kode Disiplin dan Etika\u00a0AFC. ****<\/p>\n\n\n\n
