MAENBALBANDUNG.COM – Persib Bandung dalam waktu akan menambah kekuatan lini belakangnya untuk mengarungi putaran kedua Super League 2025\/26 dan babak 16 besar AFC Champions Legue Two, tak main-main, calon pemain tersebut ialah mantan pemain klub raksasa Prancis, Paris Saint-Germain atau PSG, Layvin Kurzawa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal itu disampaikan oleh Manajer Persib Bandung, Umuh Muchtar melalui sambungan telepon dengan awak media pada Jum’at, 23 Januari 2026. Kendati demikian dirinya belum mengetahui agenda Kurzawa apakah langsung mengikuti latihan atau terlebih dulu merapat ke Graha Persib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIyah, sudah datang, ikut latihan. Mungkin ke lapang atau ke Graha (Persib). Ini saya belum tahu, tapi sudah di Bandung,\u201d kata Umuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Umuh memastikan bahwa Layvin Kurzawa sebelum bergabung dengan tim telah melalui prosedur tetap Persib sebagaimana pemain lainnya yakni tes medis. \u201cIya, Layvin Kurzawa dari Prancis. Tes medis ya pasti sebelum ke sini,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sementara itu pemain lain yang dirumorkan merapat ke kubu Maung Bandung yakni gelandang Tim Nasional Indonesia, Joey Pelupessy dikatakan Umuh belum bisa bergabung dengan tim, lantaran Umuh mengatakan kondisi skuad masih mempuni seiring dengan bertahannya Federico Barba di dalam tim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKalau Palupessy belum ada, baru satu. Kan Barba enggak jadi keluar,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kendati demikian, Umuh kembali menyerahkan keputusan akhir kepada tim pelatih setelah nantinya melihat kondisi tim secara keseluruhan di dalam latihan. “Ya sudah, masuk latihan nanti bagaimana hasilnya dan keputusan dari pelatih,\u201d pungkasnya.***<\/p>\n
