Langkah ini dilakukan agar kondisi fisik pemain tetap terjaga saat kembali ke sesi latihan bersama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Igor, program tersebut sudah menjadi kebiasaan tim dalam beberapa musim terakhir sebagai bagian dari persiapan menuju kompetisi baru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Seperti yang sudah berjalan dalam tiga tahun terakhir, para pemain mendapatkan program latihan khusus untuk mempersiapkan diri mereka sebelum mulainya latihan resmi,&#8221; kata Igor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia berharap, dengan persiapan tersebut, tim bisa langsung menjalani latihan dengan intensitas tinggi tanpa harus membangun kondisi fisik dari awal. Igor juga percaya para pemain akan menjalankan program tersebut secara profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Tidak ada pesan khusus.
