Menurutnya, kebijakan tersebut dapat menjadi langkah positif untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih baik antarkelompok suporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bagi Tobias, kehadiran pendukung tim tamu tidak selalu identik dengan potensi kericuhan. Dengan koordinasi yang baik antara klub, operator liga, aparat keamanan, dan komunitas suporter, berbagai risiko dinilai masih dapat diantisipasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Sangat menyambut baik ya kalau memang itu benar terjadi. Menurutnya, aparat keamanan memiliki kapasitas untuk menentukan laga-laga yang memungkinkan dihadiri suporter tamu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kalaupun ada risiko-risiko bentrok dan lain sebagainya kan sebenarnya itu bisa dimitigasi. Karena ada aparat keamanan, ada koordinasi awal sebelum pertandingan dan lain sebagainya,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karena itu, Tobias berharap kebijakan mengenai kehadiran suporter tandang nantinya diterapkan secara lebih fleksibel dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi di lapangan, hubungan antarsuporter, serta hasil kajian pihak kepolisian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Jadi sebenarnya sangat baik kalau dihapus, jadi tidak dipukul rata semua tidak boleh.
