Pada kesempatan latihan perdana tersebut, Igor Tolic memulai dengan memperkenalkan sistem permainan yang dituju kepada para pemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Igor menjelaskan bahwa latihan perdana belum akan menyentuh aspek taktik, juru latih asal Kroasia tersebut memanfaatkan latihan perdana sebagai sarana perkenalan sistem bermain Persib sepanjang musim mendatang. Tak hanya itu, latihan juga akan dibekali dengan latihan fisik untuk menunjang tujuan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ini adalah latihan perdana. Kami memperkenalkan prinsip sepak bola yang akan diterapkan dalam pertandingan. Karlo (Reinholz) juga memberikan materi latihan fisik agar para pemain siap menjalani permainan,&#8221; ujar Igor usai memimpin sesi latihan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suksesor dari Bojan Hodak itu menjelaskan yang menjadi target utamanya dalam masa persiapan ialah membangun chemistry antar pemain, sebagaimana diketahui, skuad Persib musim ini kembali dihuni oleh wajah-wajah baru. Untuk itu para pemain didorong untuk segera memahami karakter bermain satu sama lain antar pemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kami mulai bekerja supaya para pemain saling mengenal. Bagaimana fullback mengenal winger, bola seperti apa yang mereka inginkan, apakah rekan setimnya berkaki kiri atau kanan, sampai kombinasi yang ingin mereka lakukan di lapangan,&#8221; jelas Igor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Igor mengatakan fokus jangka pendeknya kini adalah menyiapkan tim untuk berlaga di Piala Presiden 2026. Waktu yang dimiliki untuk melakukan persiapan diakui Igor cukup terbatas sehingga tim pelatih memaksimalkan masa adaptasi bagi seluruh pemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kami harus bergerak cepat karena pertandingan akan segera datang.
