Kini Athaya Zahran dan Kevin Muhammad Islami Pasha dipinjamkan ke PSGC Ciamis yang berstatus sebagai klub satelit Persib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peminjaman tersebut menjadi bagian dari upaya Persib memberikan ruang bermain yang lebih besar bagi kedua pemain. Dengan memperkuat PSGC, Athaya dan Kevin diharapkan bisa memperoleh menit bermain sekaligus menghadapi situasi pertandingan secara langsung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelatih Persib Bandung, Igor Tolic mengatakan bahwa untuk perkembangan pemain muda tak hanya cukup mengandalkan pertandingan resmi, intensitas latihan dengan para pemain senior juga dinilai penting demi perkembangan mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Untuk Kevin dan Athaya, ini bukan cuma tentang jam terbang bertanding, tapi tentang menghabiskan waktu berlatih bersama pemain-pemain ini,&#8221; kata Igor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebagai perumpamaan, Igor mengambil contoh pada Jordi Alba yang dinilainya mampu berkembang dalam posisinya sebagai bek sayap, itu karena setiap harinya menurut Igor sering berlatih dengan pemain senior yang memiliki kualitas seperti Lionel Messi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kevin pun dalam hal ini dinilai Igor sama mengalaminya, dimana posisinya sebagai bek kanan terbiasa melawan pemain senior dan berpengalaman seperti Mariano Peralta dalam sesi latihan Persib. Igor pun menghimbau pemain muda lainnya seperti Rafi Rasyiq dan Nazriel Alfaro agar banyak memetik pengalaman dari pemain senior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Berlatihlah setiap hari, bicara dan belajarlah dari Marc Klok.
