Gelandang asal Jepang tersebut mengungkapkan kebugarannya mulai meningkat setelah menjalani pemulihan cedera dan kini perlahan kembali mengikuti latihan bersama tim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meski menunjukkan perkembangan, Gakuto mengakui dirinya masih membutuhkan waktu untuk kembali beradaptasi dengan intensitas latihan. Ia belum merasa sepenuhnya siap seperti sebelum mengalami cedera, tetapi merasakan perubahan positif dalam kondisi fisiknya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKondisi fisik dan kebugaran saya secara perlahan-lahan mulai meningkat,\u201d kata Gakuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pemain asal Jepang itu tidak ingin terburu-buru menyatakan dirinya sudah kembali ke kondisi terbaik. Menurutnya, waktu yang masih terbatas sejak kembali berlatih membuat proses adaptasi perlu dijalani secara bertahap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSaya belum bisa bilang bahwa saya sudah sepenuhnya beradaptasi karena belum begitu lama bergabung kembali dalam latihan, tetapi saya merasa kondisi saya sendiri terus membaik,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perkembangan ini menjadi sinyal positif bagi Gakuto setelah melewati periode pemulihan akibat cedera. Kembali berlatih bersama rekan-rekannya menjadi bagian penting dalam upayanya mengembalikan kebugaran dan kesiapan untuk berkompetisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bagi Persib, pulihnya Gakuto berpotensi menambah pilihan pemain di sektor tengah ketika ia nantinya siap kembali merumput. Namun, kondisi yang terus membaik belum memastikan kapan sang gelandang bisa kembali tampil dalam pertandingan resmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gakuto kini perlu melanjutkan proses pemulihan dan meningkatkan intensitas latihan sesuai perkembangan kondisinya.
