Keputusan tersebut diambil dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi pemain serta kebutuhan tim dalam pertandingan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gakuto kembali mendapatkan kesempatan bermain ketika Persib menjamu Melbourne di Stadion Si Jalak Harupat, Rabu (28\/10\/2026). Sebelumnya, gelandang asal Jepang itu tidak diturunkan saat Maung Bandung menghadapi Persik Kediri, meskipun Igor sempat menyebut kondisinya sudah siap bermain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Igor menegaskan, keputusan memainkan Gakuto bukan berarti Persib memberikan prioritas lebih besar kepada kompetisi Asia dibandingkan liga domestik. Menurutnya, setiap keputusan terkait susunan pemain didasarkan pada evaluasi kondisi fisik dan kebutuhan taktik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kami selalu mengikuti keadaan para pemain, bagaimana mereka merasa, dan kami juga melihat apa yang dibutuhkan di atas lapangan,&#8221; kata Igor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelatih asal Kroasia tersebut mengakui bahwa memainkan pemain di tengah jadwal yang padat memiliki risiko tersendiri. Intensitas pertandingan yang berdekatan menuntut tim pelatih berhati-hati dalam mengatur menit bermain agar kondisi pemain tetap terjaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meski demikian, kebutuhan Persib dalam pertandingan melawan Melbourne membuat Igor memutuskan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada Gakuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kami mengambil sedikit risiko karena memainkan pemain terlalu banyak dalam pertandingan itu berisiko, tetapi kami tidak punya pilihan. Dia sangat baik,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Igor menegaskan Persib tetap berusaha bersaing di seluruh kompetisi yang diikuti. Karena itu, pengelolaan skuad dan rotasi pemain menjadi bagian penting dalam menghadapi rangkaian pertandingan yang padat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keputusan untuk memainkan atau mengistirahatkan pemain akan terus disesuaikan dengan kesiapan individu dan kebutuhan tim.
