MBCOM – Pelatih Persib Bandung, Bojan Hodak menyampaikanhasil pengamatannya terhadap kondisi fisik para pemainnya dalam latihan perdana yang berlangsung Senin, 30 Juni 2025 di Lapang Pendamping stadion GBLA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dari hasil pengamatannya, level kebugaran pemainnya cukup beragam, ada yang stabil hingga ada yang mengalami penurunan pasca diberi libur kompetisi. Khusus untuk pemain baru, Hodak menilai kondisi kebugarannya baik, terutama pemain asing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menurut Hodak ini merupakan bukti mereka mempersiapkan latihan dengan baik sebelumnya dengan menjaga level kebugarannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal ini berbeda dengan kondisi kebugaran para pemain lokal berada dalam keadaan tidak begitu baik, namun dari segi mental & psikologisnya sangat baik. Hodak menilai mereka menjalani liburan dengan baik namun sedikit melakukan latihan mandiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Beberapa dari mereka berlatih dan beberapa dari mereka tidak berlatih (saat libur),” buka Bojan kepada awak media sesuai memimpin sesi latihan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kurangnya intensitas latihan mandiri para pemain lokal membuat ini sedikit rumit, karena Bojan Hodak harus kembali menggenjot fisik para pemain lokal untuk kembali ke level terbaik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Para pemain asing kebanyakan berlatih dan untuk pemain lokal saya lihat mereka berlibur dengan baik dan tidak melakukan (latihan) cukup banyak dan itu membuat mereka jadi lebih sulit (di latihan perdana),” paparnya.<\/p>\n
