Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) kompetisi sepakbola tertinggi di Indonesia ini kini bernama BRI Super League, nama baru ini akan berlaku mulai musim ini atau musim 2025\/2026 mendatang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini diumumkan dalam acara Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS), Di Jakarta, Selasa (06\/07), sebanyak 18 klub peserta liga hadir dalam acara tersebut<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain kompetisi, PT. LIB juga berganti istilah penyebutan menggunakan branding I-League, namun untuk nama entitas tetap PT. Liga Indonesia Baru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak hanya Liga 1, Liga 2 pun sama mengalami rebranding dan berganti nama menjadi Pegadaian Championship. Sementara kompetisi dengan level semi profesional (Liga 3) tetap bernama Liga Nusantara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Mulai musim ini kami sudah melakukan rebranding LIB (Liga Indonesia Baru). Entitas tetap LIB, namun brandnya ialah I-League (bukan lagi LIB). BRI Super League untuk Liga 1 dan Pegadaian Championship untuk Liga 2,&#8221; kata Direktur Utama PT LIB Ferry Paulus saat memberikan keterangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istilah kompetisi sepakbola bernama Super League ini sebenarnya bukan hal baru di Indonesia, sebelum era Liga 1 dimulai, kompetisi pernah bernama Indonesia Super League (ISL) dari 2008 hingga 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juara terakhir dari ISL sendiri adalah Persib Bandung pada tahun 2014, Sementara Persipura Jayapura menjadi klub tersukses era ISL yang telah menjuarai sebanyak 4 kali. pada tahun 2015 kompetisi ISL yang kala itu sempat bertitel QNB League berhenti karena Indonesia terkena sanksi pembekuan dari FIFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada tahun 2017 akhirnya kompetisi berganti nama menjadi Liga 1 setelah kompetisi rehat karena sanksi dari FIFA hingga musim 2024\/2025. Dengan pergantian nama kompetisi ini, Persib Bandung resmi menjadi juara terakhir kompetisi dengan titel Liga 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini merupakan pergantian nama ketiga sejak era profesianal yakni : Liga Indonesia (1994-2007\/08), ISL (2008-2014), Liga 1 (2017-2025) dan saat ini Super League.<\/p>\n<div class=\"syndication-links\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MBCOM &#8211; Rebranding Liga 1 dilakukan oleh PT.
