{"id":976,"date":"2025-07-19T21:30:15","date_gmt":"2025-07-19T14:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maenbalbandung.com\/?p=976"},"modified":"2025-07-19T21:30:16","modified_gmt":"2025-07-19T14:30:16","slug":"meski-turut-ikut-pemusatan-latihan-saddil-masih-berlatih-terpisah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maenbalbandung.com\/?p=976","title":{"rendered":"Meski Turut Ikut Pemusatan Latihan, Saddil Masih Berlatih Terpisah"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>MBCOM &#8211; Penyerang Persib Bandung, Saddil Ramdani ikut kedalam rombongan tim yang sedang melakukan pemusatan latihan di Thailand, meski turut ikut pemusatan latihan, Saddil Ramdani yang baru saja didatangkan Persib mendapatkan cedera pada saat bermain di Piala Presiden 2025 beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meski demikian Saddil mengungkapkan kondisinya saat ini berada di 80 persen atas cederanya tersebut, meski sudah merasa lebih baik, Saddil tetap intens berkonsultasi kepada fisioterapis tim untuk terus memantau perkembangan cederanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Saya masih rutin konsultasi dengan fisioterapi dan sudah mulai latihan di gym. Jadi saya berharap dalam beberapa minggu ke depan kondisi saya bisa benar-benar siap dan jauh lebih baik,&#8221; ungkap Saddil dikutip dari laman resmi Persib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meski belum berlatih normal dengan bergabung latihan bersama rekan lainnya, Saddil tetap mempunyai target dalam pemusatan latihan ini, ex pemain Persela Lamongan dan Sabah FC tersebut ingin membangun kekompakan dengan rekan lainnya serta meningkatkan level kebugarannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kami harus menjalani pramusim seperti ini untuk bisa menyatukan semua pemain agar jadi satu tujuan. Dan tentu chemistry harus dapat, dan seperti apa yang menjadi prinsip pelatih bisa kami jalani dengan baik.
